Booking & Rental Policy



Our venue mostly covered effectively seats 35-40 persons.  Basic booking cost seats up to 20 persons with chairs and tables.  The venue will be prepared and layout as requested by event coordinator.  All additional chairs and tables can be rented or provided by event coordinator.


Venue Confirmation

A 50% deposit is required to confirm booking.  Event coordinator must schedule or book the venue to block the venue for their dates. Event reserved online will be held reserved for 24 hours until deposit is received.  After 24hrs without payment, schedule will be released.



Additional items needed for the event can be rented through our items for rent page.


Special Arrangements / Patronizing Snack Bar

All event request for patronizing the snack bar waiving the reservation fee must be approved before booking. There is a minimum spend expectation.  No other food can be taken into the venue with this arrangement.


Rental Items

We will assist in delivering offsite rental items and assist in set-up. Event coordinator or customer is responsible to provide someone to receive a demo of safe, effective, use and care.


Damage / Defects

Event coordinator is responsible and accountable for any damage to property / equipment during rental.  Event coordinator is responsible to replace or repair damage items.


Time Schedule

Event coordinator should adhere to agreed hours for utilizing venue and rental items to prevent unneded incurred cost due to time constraints. Overtime must be communicated immediatley to active supervisor to discuss proceeding.



Our venue does not tolerate loud noise that can disturb neighbors.



Event coordinator must discuss parking with sales rep and inform participants prior to the event date.



Decoration is not included in the basic rental package. However, event coordinator can discuss decoration needs that can be facilitated in the package or referred externally based on needs.



Catering can be arranged from our snack bar menu.  Our menu can be adjsuted to include finger food for all items listed or include other items not listed. Discuss with our sales reps.


Package Prices / Discounts

There is a special rate if venue or equipment rental includes printables, music, catering, decor.


Event Conclusion / Contractors / Event Coordinators

  • Renter agrees to remove all items belonging to the renter at the conclusion of the event (including outside decorations). We are not responsible for any items remaining after the event that belong to the renter or the renter’s guests.

  • Renter and/or caterer agree to leave facility and grounds “Broom Clean” or in the condition in which they were found when the doors were opened for set-up.

  • Tables and chairs must be cleaned and returned to their proper areas and/or racks.

  • All decorations, food and drink container products and all trash must be collected in plastic bags. For all events serving food, Renter and/or Caterer shall collect all trash generated from the event on the night of the event and place it in a nearby dumpster.

  • Caterers must leave all food preparation and serving areas neat and clean. 

  • Renter will reimburse us at cost for the labor, supplies, and/or equipment needed or expended shouldSolutions Giant find it necessary, in their sole opinion, to do further cleaning, removals or repairs to return the area to its original condition.
