Sales / Service Representative

Tasks

Experience: Previous experience in sales or administrative roles preferred but not always required.

Sales skills: Basic understanding of sales techniques and Point of Sale.

Administrative skills: Demonstrated knowledge of office software (e.g., Microsoft Office and email).

Education
High School Education Level / Graduating Certificate – Minimum Expectation

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for a blend of sales and service duties. Your main tasks will involve:
1. Engaging with potential customers to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
2. Assisting in the processing of orders and managing customer accounts.
Providing support to the sales targets and contributing to achieving sales targets.
3. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
4. Assisting with administrative tasks, such as data entry, documentation, and maintaining records.
